Definitely non-Matsumoku or SLM, this guitar was listed on Ebay in Oct 2006, and had been bought new 3-4 years previously

Update 7th July 2007 - this is one of the Korean models introduced in 1997 as part of FCNs attempt to revive the Westone brand
